Krzysztof Dyl
Mr. Krzysztof Dyl served as chair of IRG-Rail in January and February 2016, in 2015 he was the vice-chair of the organisation.
In February 2016 he became vice-president of the Office of Electronic Communication (UKE), where he worked prior to joining the Office of Rail Transport in Poland (UTK).
In 2011 he was appointed vice-president of the UTK, responsible for the regulatory matters. In 2012 the Prime Minister of Poland appointed him as the President of UTK, a post he held untill February 2016.
