The Regulatory Bodies of Austria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Former Republic of Yugoslavia-Macedonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom signed a memorandum of understanding to cooperate in IRG-Rail.
